HRH Crown Prince congratulated on oil discovery

Manama, Apr. 2 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister received a cable of congratulations from Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Abdul Hussein bin Ali Mirza on the discovery of the largest oil field in the Kingdom’s history. Dr. Mirza hailed the royal directives which were issued by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa to give full priority to oil exploration operations and benefit from dividends to boost the national economy. He paid tribute to His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, hailing his strenuous endeavor and keen follow-up of the development programme. He commended the efforts of the High Committee for National Resources and Economic Security, chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
