HRH Crown Prince receives Japanese newly-appointed ambassador

Manama, Apr.29 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister received today Hideki Ito the newly appointed Ambassador of Japan to Bahrain. HRH and the ambassador highlighted the extent of bilateral relations between Bahrain and Japan, and discussed ways to strengthen collaboration across various sectors. They discussed regional and international developments, as well as both countries’ contributions to the safety and security of the region. HRH extended his congratulations to the ambassador, wishing him every success in his new diplomatic role. The ambassador thanked HRH the Crown Prince, and affirmed Japan’s commitment to further strengthening collaboration in areas of mutual interest.
