HRH Premier appoints directors in MTT and IAA

Manama, Feb. 23 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister issued Edicts 5 and 6/2016 stipulating the appointment of directors in the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications (MTT) and the shifting and appointment of directors in the Information Affairs Authority (IAA). Firstly: Edict 5/2016 stipulated the following appointments: 1- Mus'ab Mohammed Ahmed Hassan – as Director for Telecommunications Directorate. 2- Shaikh Salman bin Isa bin Mohammed Al Khalifa – as Director of Security, Safety Directorate. 3- Shaikh Abdullah bin Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa – as Director of Postal Sector Organising Directorate. 4- Safaa Mohammed Baqer Al Tajir – as Director of Land Transportation Organising Directorate. 5- Nabeel Abdulhameed Abdulghani Al Shaikh – as Director of Human Resources Directorate. 6- Salah Mohammed Ali Al Humood – as Director of Civil Aviation Safety Directorate. 7- Mohammed Yousef Mohammed Al Murbati, as Director of Marine Environment Safety and Protection Directorate. Secondly: Edict 6/2016 stipulated the shifting of the Director of Media Directorate Yousef Mohammed Ismael to become Director of Bahrain Television (BTV) Directorate, and the appointing of Fowzan Khalifa Bufarsan as Director of Media; and, Ibrahim Abdullah Al Burshaid as Director of External Transmission and Relay Directorate in the Information Affairs Authority (IAA).
