HRH Premier congratulates Philippine President

Manama, May 19 (BNA): HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa today held a phone conversation with President Rodrigo Duterte of the Republic of the Philippines to congratulate him on his elections, and wished his country further progress and prosperity. HRH Premier praised the deep-rooted bilateral relations and stressed keenness to further boost cooperation in the interest of the two countries and their peoples. The Philippine president expressed appreciation of HRH Premier's congratulations. He affirmed eagerness to promote friendship and cooperation relations at all levels, pointing the development witnessed by the Kingdom of Bahrain in various fields.
