HRH Premier delegates SHC President to inaugurate BEMC 2019

Manama, Oct. 10 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, delegated President of the Supreme Health Council (SHC) Lt-General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, to inaugurate the first Bahrain Emergency Medicine Conference (BEMC 2019). The conference aims to exchange expertise and scientific knowledge and encourage Arab and regional cooperation in the field of emergency medicine. It emphasizes the importance of scientific research and its role in improving the level of health services in Bahrain in particular, and at the regional and global level in general. Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa conveyed the greetings of HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa to the organizers and the participants, wishing them success in achieving the goals and objectives of the conference. He stressed that updating health and therapeutic services according to the best international standards is a high priority in the efforts of the Government, considering it as an important pillar in enhancing human development indicators and upgrading the levels of comprehensive and sustainable development in the Kingdom.
