HRH Premier issues Edicts 12 and 13/2018

Manama, Mar. 29 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister issued Edicts 12 and 13/ 2018. Edict 12 stipulated the membership term renewal of the Minors Estate Council chaired by the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments and the following members: 1. Khalid Abdullah Al Shomali. 2. Jassem Hamad Saqr Al Maawda. 3. Kazhem Alsayed Hashim Al Hashemi 4. Khalil Mohammed Buheji. 5. Mohammed Abdullah Al Mutawa. 6. Sadiq Eid Al Rahma. 7. Jassem Hassan Abdel-Aal. 8. Yousef Hussain Abdulmalik. Their membership term spans two years which is renewable. Edict 13/2018 stipulated the adoption of the National Air Transport Facilitation Programme and the formation of its special committee to be known as the "National Committee for Air Transport Facilitations" chaired by the Undersecretary for Civil Aviation Affairs, and the following membership: 1) Assistant Undersecretary for Aviation and Meteorological Services at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications. 2) Assistant Undersecretary for Air Transport, Safety and Aviation Security, at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications. 3) Representative of the Public Security in the Ministry of Interior. 4) Representative of Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs at the Ministry of Interior. 5) Representative of Customs Affairs at the Ministry of Interior. 6) Representative of National Security Agency. 7) Representative of Ministry of Health. 8) Representative of veterinary quarantine and another representative of the agricultural quarantine. 9) Representative of the Posts at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications. 10) Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 11) Representative of the tourism sector. 12) Representative of the Information Affairs Authority. 13) Representative of national airline companies. 14) Representative of Bahrain Airport Company.
