HRH Premier lauds sports journalism

Manama, Oct. 30 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at the Gudaibiya Palace today journalist Faisal Al-Sheikh on his winning the Asia Medal in sports journalism granted to him by the AIPS Asia in the Turkmenistan capital recently. HRH Premier lauded the role played by the sports journalism in Bahrain in supporting the efforts of the state in upgrading the sport movement. HRH the Prime Minister commended the efforts of Al-Sheikh, being a prominent columnist in public and sport matters. He also congratulated him on his honourable achievement, wishing him further success.
