HRH Premier praises youth centres' role

Manama, Feb. 27 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has stressed that his meetings with the citizens prove cohesion and solidarity between the leadership and the people, and reflect his constant keenness on following up on the citizens’ affairs and on identifying their needs directly. "Such meetings provide an opportunity for us to express and appreciation of and pride in our people’s contributions and outstanding fingerprints in our national march," he said. The Prime Minister made the statements while receiving, at the Gudaibiya Palace today, the board chairman and members of the Al-Naim Cultural and Sports Youth Centre, led by the centre’s Honorary President, Mohammed Hassan Kamaluddin, and Chairman, Ghazi Abdul Mohsen.  HRH Premier stressed the government’s keenness to ensure that all its development programmes and projects benefit all regions across Bahrain, noting that the ultimate goal of the government action is to ensure that the citizens are satisfied and have access to the best services. "We are happy to meet the citizens from different regions of Bahrain and to listen to them. We are keen to make sure that such meetings reflect the feelings of mutual love among the members of the one society," he said. HRH the Prime Minister highlighted the importance of the role played by cultural and sports youth centres in fostering the values of communication and interaction among the members of society, given the tools they provide to develop youth’s potentials and direct them towards things that benefit their nation and themselves. HRH Premier lauded the Al-Naim Cultural and Sports Youth Centre, and its role in caring for Bahraini youth, as well as in developing their potentials and motivating them to be dedicated in the service of the nation. "We are working with you and for your benefit. We listen to your remarks about all your issues, and we are keen to meet your needs. Our doors are open, and our ultimate goal is to serve the nation and its people," he said, while addressing the audience. HRH the Prime Minister stressed the importance of continuing such meetings and communication, noting that the Al Nuaim region, like other areas of Bahrain, is at the heart of the government's interests regarding development projects. Al-Naim citizens lauded HRH Premier’s keen interest in touching on all matters that concern all the citizens of Bahrain, expressing admiration for HRH the Prime Minister’s leadership and wise dealing with what the citizens aspire for.  They expressed their support for the sound directives of HRH Premier to rally together and unify stances. Speaking on behalf of the Al-Naim citizens, Ghazi Abdul Mohsen extended thanks and appreciation to HRH Premier for his interest in developing all regions, as well as his efforts to enhance Bahrain’s progress. He also lauded the Premier’s keenness on meeting the needs of the Al-Naim region citizens, regarding housing, education, youth, infrastructure and others. He also highlighted HRH the Prime Minister’s follow up on personal needs, as well as his keenness on reaching out to all the citizens.
