HRH Premier receives HRH Crown Prince

Manama, Feb. 19 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, at the Gudaibiya Palace today. The two leaders reviewed topics of positive impact on the national economy, including the promotion of the tourism sector so as to constitute an added value. In this regard, they affirmed the government’s desire to launch more projects that strengthen the pillars of a multi-source tourism industry, stressing that Bahrain is making clear and confident strides towards achieving a tourism renaissance that targets various economic, cultural and sports fields so as to support policies to diversify sources of income and generate job opportunities for the citizens. HRH the Prime Minister and HRH the Crown Prince also reviewed issues related to plans to develop the work environment. In this context, they highlighted the government’s continuous programmes aimed at improving the work environment for the citizens and residents through strengthening it by regulations that are in line with international standards, and provide protection and guarantees for expatriate workers in order to be motivating element, and contribute to stimulating investments.
