HRH Premier thanked by Manama Club chairman

Manama, Apr. 5 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has received a cable of thanks from the Board of Directors Chairman of the Manama Sports Club, Zuhair Ismail Kazerooni, in reply to his congratulations on the club’s winning the Khalifa bin Salman Basketball Cup for 2018. Zuhair Ismail extended to HRH the Prime Minister, on behalf of the club’s board members, and affiliates, heartfelt thanks and appreciation for congratulating the club on winning the Khalifa bin Salman Basketball Cup for the 2017-2018 season. HRH Premier’s congratulatory cable has filled the hearts of the club’s affiliates with joy, noting that the Premier’s kind gesture of congratulating the club proves his support for the youth and sports community in Bahrain, in general, and the club, in particular, he said. He expressed deep pride in HRH the Prime Minister's constant support for the youth and sports sector, being among the production and work sectors that are included in the government’s comprehensive development plan. The Manama Sports Club’s chairman hailed the efforts being exerted by the Bahrain Basketball Association (BBA) President, HH Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa, which, he said, achieved a quantum leap in the game, as a result of the Prime Minister’s constant support and directives. He pledged to spare no effort in serving the kingdom through the youth and sports sector.
