HRH Princess Sabeeka congratulates award-winner

Manama, May 9 (BNA): Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al-Khalifa, Wife of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW) sent a cable of congratulations to journalist and media figure Sawsan Al-Shaer on winning the Arab Media Excellence Award in the television field, which was granted to her during the 49th regular session of the Arab Information Ministers’ Council in Cairo. HRH Princess Sabeeka commended the efforts of the award-winner to highlight Bahrain’s standing and civilized image through her dedicated media works. She hailed the Arab award conferred on Sawsan Al-Shaer, as a testament to Bahraini women’s competence, excellence and responsible dedication to serving the nation. She wished the award-winner more success in her prolific march.
