ICC participates in This is Bahrain Expo/Conference

Manama, Sep. 11 (BNA): A delegation from Isa Cultural Centre (ICC) led by the Centre’s board of trustees’ Chairman and CEO Dr. Shaikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, is participating in This is Bahrain Expo/Conference in Los Angeles, USA. The event will witness the launching and signing of Bahrain Declaration Document, on September 13. Dr. Shaikh Khalid said the Centre's participation aims to present the effective historic dimension of Bahrain in promoting tolerance and co-existence among the various sects and religions and portray the Kingdom’s urbane image before the peoples of the world, which in turn contributed to building the distinguished model of pluralistic and cohesive social fabric we are witnessing today. The event includes a special press conference aimed to exhibit the kingdom’s accomplishments as part of the democratic reforms led by His Majesty the King, in addition to participation in the Centre’s pavilion along with various ministries and institutions. The Centre previously hosted various events that promoted the tolerance and rejected extremism emanating from the historic and cultural components of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
