Illegal rally suspects to be referred to court

Manama, July 25 (BNA): Salah Mohammed the Chief Prosecutor in the Northern Governorate said the Public Prosecution received a report from Budaiya Police Station informing that a number of people had participated in an illegal rallying in Al-Duraz area and that some of whom had been identified. The Prosecution launched an investigation into the incident, and today, ten suspects were questioned in the presence of their lawyers and notified about the outcome of probe. Seven suspects were remanded for 15 days pending further investigations, and three were released after they were charged with illegal gathering in breach of the provisions of the law. The suspects will be referred to a court of justice.
