Industry Minister participates in ministerial meeting in Riyadh

Riyadh, Mar. 27 (BNA): Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Zayed bin Rashid Zayani, participated in the ministerial meeting of the countries with emerging enterprises, which is being held in cooperation with the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN). The meeting is being on the sidelines of the 12th edition of the Global Entrepreneurship Conference (GEC) which is being organised by the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha’at), under the patronage of Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The meeting, which will continue from March 27 to 30, was attended by Saudi Minister of Commerce and Media, Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Qasabi and a group of participating ministers. The conference, held under the theme “We Repeat, Innovate, Renew”, has a large participation of entrepreneurs, investors, experts and decision-makers from 180 countries to discuss the economic challenges facing the global entrepreneurship field. It aims to exchange experiences and explore investment opportunities in the upcoming period in addition to drawing lessons from the challenges that faced the world during the pandemic.
