Information Minister receives FDPM's participants

Manama, Aug 16 (BNA): Information Affairs Minister Ali bin Mohammed Al Rumaihi commended the First Deputy Prime Minister’s Fellowships (FDPM) Programme for the Development of National Cadres as a leading initiative launched by HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, targeting the development and rehabilitation of national cadres and graduating young leaders to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of government performance in conformity with the government action plan and Bahrain's economic vision 2030.
The minister, during receiving the FDPM's participants, took pride in the distinctive national aptitudes of the youth in various ministries and government agencies. He paid tribute to their pivotal role in improving the quality of public services and stepping up the pace of sustainable economic and social development during the prosperous era of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The FDPM's participants expressed appreciation of the Information Minister's encouragement to bring more creativity and productivity in the interest of the homeland and citizens. They also thanked the minister for giving them the opportunity to learn about the latest techniques of news editing, photography, montage and media broadcasting followed in Bahrain News Agency and News Center.
