Information Ministry's keenness to support its female staff stressed

Manama, Dec. 6 (BNA): Information Ministry Undersecretary Abdulrahman Mohammed Bahar praised the pioneering role of Bahraini women mainly in the engineering and media field. He lauded their success and achievements throughout a rich march to boost the kingdom's comprehensive development under the reform project of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. The Information Ministry Undersecretary was speaking in a ceremony held by the Information Ministry today to honour a number of female employees in various departments as part of Bahrain's celebrations of Bahraini Women's Day. He affirmed the ministry's keenness to support its female staff, in line with the directives of Information Minister Ali bin Mohammed Al Romaihi. He underlined continuous success of Bahraini women, commending their dedication in serving the nation and boosting its standing in the regional and international gatherings. He also praised the support given by the leadership to Bahraini women out of belief in their pivotal role and effective contributions in various fields. The Information Ministry Undersecretary honoured female employees working in the engineering field at the Information Ministry and praised their efforts and contribution to serving the ministry and developing the media sector. On their part, the honourees expressed thanks and appreciation to the Information Ministry Undersecretary for the initiative to honour them, pledging to continue working diligently to serve the media sector in Bahrain.
