institutional culture role in development stressed

Apr. 18 (BNA): Representatives Council Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al Malla received today researcher and expert in technology affairs and institutional culture Dr. Jassim Hajji who presented him with a copy of his book on institutional culture and dealing with local ones in companies. The Speaker described institutional culture as the basis of excellence and administrative development. He pointed out that the reform project of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has accorded a great importance to promoting institutional culture and administrative practices at all ministries and institutions. He also thanked Dr. Jassim Hajji for his efforts to promote administrative and institutional work. Dr. Hajji expressed respect to the Speaker for his support to developing the institutional administrative work.
