Interior minister’s directives to develop sports hailed

Manama, Jun. 3 (BNA): President of Public Security Sports Association, Colonel Khalid Al Khayat, has asserted that the directives of the Interior Minister, Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa have played a key role in enhancing the association’s sports activities. He also highlighted the Interior Minister’s role in spreading sports awareness among the Interior Ministry personnel.  He also hailed the follow up of the Chief of Public Security.  He said that the association was dedicated to ensuring high physical fitness of police personnel and the promotion of community partnerships through various sports competitions.
