Interior Minister meets new envoys

Manama, Jan. 24 (BNA): Interior Minister Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al-Khalifa received newly-appointed Bahraini Ambassadors Abdullah Abdullatif Abdullah (Germany), Ahmed Youssef Al-Ruwaee (Jordan), Ahmed Abdulla Al-Hajeri (Thailand), Fouad Sadiq Al-Baharna (Algeria), Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Quod (India), Dr. Mohammed Ghassan Shikho (Indonesia), Ahmed Mohammed Al-Dossari (Japan), and Ibrahim Mahmoud Ahmed (Tunisia). The minister welcomed the new envoys and congratulated them on the Royal trust underlining their crucial role in highlighting Bahrain’s civilized image and development strides, as well as security and stability. The meeting focused on security cooperation between Bahrain and countries they are accredited to, stressing the importance of heralding new horizons for bolstering bilateral ties. The ambassadors expressed thanks and appreciation to the minister for his dedication to enhance joint cooperation, hailing his directives to the best interest of the Kingdom.
