Interior Minister receives British ambassador

Manama, Apr. 27 (BNA): Minister of Interior, General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, received British Ambassador to Bahrain, Roderick Drummond. Interior Ministry Undersecretary for Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa attended. The Interior Minister welcomed the British ambassador, hailing strong partnership and cooperation in exchanging expertise and building capabilities between the two countries. The meeting reviewed topics related to border security training and training programmes for reformation and rehabilitation personnel. The two sides also discussed reinforcement of joint work between the two countries.
