Interior Minister receives British Senior Defence Advisor

Manama, July 3 (BNA): Interior Minister Lt-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received today the UK's Senior Defence Advisor for the Middle East Lt-General Sir John Lorimer.  The minister hailed the historical and distinguished ties between the two friendly countries.  The meeting, attended by Chief of Public Security Major-General Tariq Al Hassan and British Ambassador to Bahrain Simon Martin, reviewed bilateral ties and topics of common interest.
