Interior Minister receives lawmakers

Manama, Feb. 6 (BNA): Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received today members of the Foreign Affairs, Defence and National Security Committee of the Council of Representatives headed by MP Mohammed Ebrahim Al Sisi. The meeting was also attended by Chief of Public Security Major-General Tariq Al Hassan. The Interior Minister welcomed the guests, hailing the role of the Representatives council in spreading the spirit of patriotism through raised topics aimed at serving the interests of the nation and citizens. The MPs thanked the Interior Minister for the high security performance and the dedication of the security personnel in promoting stability. They expressed commitment to developing laws to preserve security and national achievements.
