Interior Ministry Undersecretary receives Head of Regional Delegation of Red Cross for GCC Countries

Manama, Mar. 24 (BNA): Interior Ministry Undersecretary Shaikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa received Head of the Regional Delegation of the Red Cross for the Countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Omar Odeh. The Healthcare Doctor inside the places of detention, Dr Muhammad Al-Shorbaji, the protection delegate in the mission Ali Abdullah, and Mission's delegate Mohammad Abbas attended. The Interior Ministry Undersecretary welcomed the guests on the visit that comes as part of the signed memorandum of understanding between the Interior Ministry and the mission. He expressed thanks and appreciation for the cooperation between the two sides, hailing the role of the mission in reinforcing human rights cultures and building the capabilities of the workforce. The Head of the mission expressed thanks and appreciation to the Undersecretary, hoping for further cooperation to exchange expertise between the two parties.
