Tehran, May 20, IRNA - Head of Tehran City Council Ahmad Masjed Jamei stressed that the residence of Haj Mohammad Kazem Malek-ol-Tojjar (known as Haji Hossein Agha Malek), Iranian philanthropist, should be turned into Tehran province’s luminaries museum.
As part of his weekly program to visit different sites and places of Tehran province, Masjed Jamei toured Tehran’s Grand Bazaar to see its historical houses and beautiful structures. He also visited Haji Hossein Agha Malek residence.
Commenting on the house, Jamei said that the building, which covers an area of 2,500 meters and 70 rooms, is architecturally unique and beautiful.
