Wednesday sentenced an Iranian man to death by hanging after finding him guilty
of trafficking in 312.2gm of Methamphetamine.

offence at the Customs D inspection counter, KL International Airport

defence that he was offered a substantial amount of money to bring in a pair of
sandals and a hair straightener as samples to Malaysia and was unaware of the
concealed drugs inside the sandals.

case beyond reasonable doubt," she said.

prosecutred, while Abbas, who managed a smile in the dock as Noor Azian passed
the sentence on him, was represented by N. Sivananthan.
