Iranian illustrators in Italian exhibit final

TEHRAN, Nov. 6 (MNA) -- Iranian illustrators found their way into the final list of the Italian exhibition Colors of the Sacred. The sixth edition of the international exhibition of illustration centering on air will be held in Padova, Museo Diocesano running from January 20 to May 13, 2012. Over 80 illustrators from 21 countries have been selected, out of which Italy with 31 illustrators stand first and Iran comes next with 13 participants. Germany, Argentina, Japan, Spain and Slovenia are among the participating countries. Sharareh Khosravani, Morteza Zahedi, Masumeh Sohbati, Azadeh Madani, Reza Maktabi and Marjan Vafaian are among the Iranian illustrators. The illustrators have been asked to draw the voice of the wind, the rhythm of the breath, the relief of the blow and, in a more symbolic value, the strength of inspiration, the sweetness of music and the power of words.
