Jeenbekov: Our Army is reliable support of state in ensuring sovereignty

Bishkek, May 29, 2020 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov congratulated the Kyrgyz military on the Day of the Armed Forces of the country. The president’s press service said that congratulating the servicemen Jeenbekov said that our Army is a reliable support of the state in ensuring the sovereignty, territorial integrity, constitutional system of the country and the protection of its citizens. He said that in recent years, the material and technical equipment of the army has been improving and providing it with modern types of military equipment and weapons. “The system of military command and interaction between the troops is being improved. The increase in the social status of the military continues as a priority state task. In the year of the 75th anniversary of the great Victory, we recall with deep gratitude all who laid and strengthened the glorious traditions of our fathers and grandfathers. We must ensure the continuity and development of the fighting traditions of the defenders of the Fatherland,” the Kyrgyz President said expressing gratitude for patriotism and conscientious performance of military duties. Jeenbekov wished the militarymen good health, prosperity and success.
