Kaesong City Organic Compound Fertilizer Factory Peps Up

Pyongyang, May 18 (KCNA) -- The Kaesong City Organic Compound Fertilizer Factory in the DPRK is speeding up the production of fertilizer for farms in the city while taking a strict epidemic prevention measure. The factory has increased the production of organic compound fertilizer by directing efforts to reinforcing the production foundations and securing raw materials. It newly established a caustic soda production process to settle the raw material issue by its own efforts. It also secured thousands of tones of peat and hundreds of tones of phosphorite. -0-
