Kazakh president urgently addresses people

Astana, Kazakhstan, Nov. 11 By Daniyar Mukhtarov – Trend: Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has addressed the people of Kazakhstan, in the middle of the meeting of political council of the "Nur Otan" party. Nazarbayev announced a ten-minute break at the meeting, saying that the time is running out and the actions must be taken. "For this reason I decided to address the people of Kazakhstan at this meeting,” the president said. “That’s why, I am doing this in advance, rather than as usually. Then I will explain it to you."
