Khalid bin Hamad commends magazine

Manama, Oct. 27 (BNA): HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports and President of Bahrain Athletic Association, at His Highness's Majlis, has received Al Safar Group's CEO Ahmed Khalfan and BIZ BAHRAIN magazine's General Director Nasser Shahroor, who presented to His Highness a copy of the magazine's latest edition. HH Shaikh Khalid thanked the magazine editors for their gift praising its concept and objectives in supporting Bahrain's economic advancement, noting its special economic coverage that contributes to readers' enlightenment. The magazine illustrates the true image of our national economy both at home and globally, said HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad. HH Shaikh Khalid directed to the essential opening of vaster vistas for this magazine in view of its comprehensive coverage of various events especially its coverage of sports activities in the Kingdom, wishing the magazine more success. The magazine's October issue carries an interview with His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa outlining his life, humanitarian as well as the initiatives launched by His Highness to develop youth and sports. HH Shaikh Khalid highlighted most significant stages in his personal life and career nurtured and supported by his father His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, citing His Highness's close relationship with his brother His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa the representative of HM the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, citing Their Highnesses' mutual efforts in developing the sector of youth and sports in compliance with the directives of the wise leadership to continue the development and growth of this vital sector.
