Khalid bin Hamad Youth Theatre Award Festival's success praised

Manama, Sept. 22 (BNA): Minister of Youth and Sport Affairs Aymen bin Tawfeeq Al Moayed stressed that the continuous success of Khalid bin Hamad Youth Theatre Award Festival for National Clubs, Youth Centres and People with Disabilities. He described reaching the 5th edition of the festival as a clear result of the support of First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sport and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa to the Bahraini youth. He praised HH Shaikh Khalid's unflinching keenness to provide the ideal climate for Bahraini youngsters to continue the path of creativity in various fields, including the theatrical and youth movement. The Ministry of Youth and Sport Affairs has announced the launch of the concluding stage of the 5th edition of Khalid bin Hamad Youth Theatre Award Festival for National Clubs, Youth Centres and People with Disabilities, starting from the first week of October. Theatrical groups from youth centres, national clubs and people with disabilities will participate in the event. The Minister of Youth and Sport Affairs said the award is considered one of the best prizes given to Bahraini youth and which attracts an elite of creative youngsters in theatrical arts. He underlined the award's role in boosting creativity and enhancing the theatrical momentum in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
