Khalifa Foundation starts second phase of humanitarian campaign in Tunisia

TUNIS, 4th March 2015 (WAM) --- The Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation has launched the second phase of its aid campaign for families affected by the cold wave and floods in Tunis. An official source at the foundation said that the campaign is being implemented in accordance with the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. the second phase of the foundation's programme targets 35,000 families that were affected by the severe cold wave but did not receive aid in the first phase of the campaign which benefited around 40,000 underprivileged families.
