King appoints Deputy Interior Minister

Manama, Aug 4 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has issued Decree 65/2016 appointing Deputy Interior Minister. Article 1 stipulates the appointment of Lieutenant General Adel bin Khalifa bin Hamad Al-Fadhil as Deputy Interior Minister with the same rank and shall be the Interior Ministry's second-in-command. Under the Royal Decree he shall act on behalf of the Interior Minister in carrying out the ministry's duties when the minister is absent, and represent the ministry abroad.
