King of Bahrain congratulates Abu Dhabi Crown Prince

Manama, (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on the successful launch into space of the Emirati satellite "KhalifaSat". HM the King extended congratulations to HH Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and to the UAE president, government and people on the successful launch of KhalifaSat as the first Emirati-made satellite, describing the achievement as quantum leap forward, consolidating the UAE drive to manufacture and launch satellites, which is a source of pride for the Arab and Islamic nations. HM the King valued the UAE strategy, which relies on national competences, describing the scientific achievement as a value added to the scientific and technological history and a source of pride for the Arab and Islamic nations.
