King exchanges congratulations with National Guard Commander

Manama, Feb. 4 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander, received a cable of congratulations from Commander of National Guard, Lt-Gen Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, on the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) golden jubilee. The National Guard Commander extended utmost congratulations to HM the King, paying tribute to the BDF milestone strides and combat readiness. He took pride in the royal support for the BDF to be capable of defending the homeland and safeguarding national achievements, wishing HM the King abundant good health and happiness to bring further development and prosperity. HM the King sent a cable of thanks to the National Guard Commander, wishing him good health and wellbeing marking the same national occasion. HM the king praised the National Guard's achievements and determination to confront the challenges and defending the homeland's gains and successes.
