King, PM and CP condemn terrorist attack

Manama, May 14 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa sent a cable of condolences to Indonesian President Joko Widodo following the suicide attacks which hit the city of Surabaya. HM the King condemned in the strongest terms the heinous terrorist attack, extending deepest condolences to President Widodo, the victims’ bereaved families and the Indonesian people. He prayed to Allah the Almighty to rest the souls of the deceased in eternal peace, give their families solace and fortitude, wishing the injured speedy recovery. His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier also extended condolences to President Widodo. They strongly condemned the terrorist act, which contravenes tolerant Islamic precepts, extending deepest condolences to President Widodo, the victims’ bereaved families and the friendly Indonesian people. They prayed to Allah the Almighty to rest the souls of the deceased in eternal peace, give their families solace and fortitude, wishing the injured speedy recovery.
