King; Premier and Crown Prince offered condolences

Manama, June 5 (BNA): The Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments extended condolences to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier on the sad demise of Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (SCIA) President His Highness Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalid Al-Khalifa. It extended condolences also to the deceased’s sons and grandchildren, hailing his landmark legacy as nation-builder. He served as a judge from 1951 until 1956 before his appointment in 1957 as a Court of Appeal judge until 1962. He then served as a Justice Minister from 1975 until 2002.
