King's media adviser receives Kuwaiti ambassador

Manama, Apr. 7 (BNA): Adviser to HM the King for Media Affairs, Nabil bin Yaqoob Al-Hamar, received here today the Dean of Diplomatic Corps and Kuwaiti Ambassador to Bahrain, Shaikh Azzam Mubarak Al-Sabah. Al-Hamar welcomed the Kuwaiti Ambassador, and lauded the existing good fraternal Bahraini-Kuwaiti relations. He also commended the efforts being exerted by the envoy to enhance the distinguished bilateral ties and joint coordination in various fields for the common interests of the two brotherly peoples. The Kuwaiti Ambassador congratulated HM the King’s Media Adviser on winning the “Media Personality of the Year” at the 17th edition of the Arab Media Forum, held recently in Dubai, and his honouring by the UAE Vice-President, Prime Minister and Dubai Ruler, HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum. Shaikh Azzam expressed thanks and appreciation to Al-Hamar, lauding the depth of the long-standing Bahraini-Kuwaiti relations. They discussed areas of joint cooperation and coordination in various fields, particularly the media and cultural ones.
