Kuwaiti Emir's stances hailed

Manama, July 3 (BNA): Chairman of Jaffari Endowments, Shaikh Mohsen Al Asfoor, has hailed the noble historic stances of HH Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah the Emir of Kuwait, his wise policy towards the various international, regional and international issues, and farsightedness in the highest interest of the Arab and the Muslim nations. He made his remarks as he received the Kuwait Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Shaikh Azzam Mubarak Al Sabah. the Doyen of Diplomatic Corps, "The brotherly State of Kuwait and the Kingdom of Bahrain feature deep-rooted fraternal bonds extending throughout history, between both political leaderships and the shared familial and tribal bonds among the two peoples," he added. Shaikh Al Asfoor praised the huge efforts exerted by HH the Emir of Kuwait supported by the Crown Prince HH Shaikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah the Prime Minister, and HH Shaikh Jaber Al Mubarak Al Hamad Al Sabah the Prime Minister of Kuwait in boosting their country's national unity. He cited the stances of HH the Emir which dealt the ultimate blow following the series of bloody acts of terrorism that targeted Kuwait. In conclusion of the meeting, Shaikh Al Asfoor said the huge challenges at this junction in the history of our Arab and Islamic nation impose huge, double responsibilities on governments and peoples, preachers, religious orators, the media and opinion makers, and necessitate persistent efforts to boost the culture of peaceful co-existence, open the vistas of dialogue between intellectual and political leaderships, and uphold rationale in the highest interest of both the Arab and the Islamic peoples. The Kuwaiti ambassador said his country and Bahrain have inscribed the best lessons in terms of national unity and people's cohesion in defeating terrorism and subversion, thanks to the patriotic bonds between the leadership and the people in both countries fortifying the internal front against all surrounding dangers.
