Labour Minister receives Malaysian ambassador

Manama, Sept. 14 (BNA): Minister of Labour, Jamil bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, the Board Chairman of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), received in his office Malaysian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain Shazryll Zahiran. They reviewed bilateral relations and ways of bolstering them as well as boosting cooperation between the two friendly countries in the labour field. The Labour Minister briefed the Malaysian ambassador about Bahrain’s experience in developing the labour market and modernizing the systems and laws to protect the rights of the production parties. For his part, the Malaysian ambassador praised the advanced relations between the two friendly countries, commending Bahrain’s development, its stimulating investment opportunities and attractive work environment. He called for more cooperation between both countries in the labour field.
