Labour minister receives UNDP official

Manama, Apr. 5 (BNA): Labour and Social Development Minister Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan received UN Development Programme (UNDP)'s recently-appointed Deputy Resident Representative Amin Al Sharqawi, wishing him success in boosting the bilateral cooperation. Humaidan reaffirmed the ministry's keenness on bolstering the existing fruitful cooperation and effective partnership with the UNPD and benefiting from its expertise and capabilities in the implementation of labour and social development strategies in harmony with the Government Action Plan. Al Sharqawi expressed his thanks and appreciation to the minister for his attention to boosting the bilateral cooperation in the field of labour and social development in the upcoming period, lading the Kingdom of Bahrain's excellence and pioneering in terms of follow up and coordination of all development programmes.
