Leadership thanked by Speaker

Manama, Oct.13 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa received a cable of thanks from Council of Representatives Speaker Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal on the opening of the second session of the fifth legislative term. The Speaker paid tribute to HM the King for opening the second session of the fifth legislative term, hailing the keynote royal address and directives to attain more development achievements and serve the nation and citizens. She commended HM the King’s support to the Council of Representatives which, she said, stems from firm royal belief in democratic principles and foundations, wishing HM the King abundant health and happiness to continue leading the nation. His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier also received similar cables of thanks from the Council of Representatives Speaker.
