Lecture on integration of women's needs held

Manama, Sep. 5 (BNA): The National Authority for Qualifications and Quality Assurance of Education and Training, in collaboration with the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), today held an introductory lecture on the integration of women's needs and equal opportunities.
The seminar focused on a number of topics, including introducing the National Strategy for the Advancement of Bahraini Women (2013-2022) aimed at empowering and promoting Bahraini women to contribute to the development march at all levels, the national model for the integration of women's needs and its requirements for activation, HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa Award for Women's Empowerment (fifth session), the main laws and decisions guaranteed by the constitution of Bahrain on the support of the integration of women's needs, and the equal opportunities committees that have been formed in government institutions.
CEO of National Authority for Qualifications and Quality Assurance of Education and Training, Jawaher Al-Mudhiki, said that Bahraini women have enjoyed many gains under the royal reforms, the support of HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister and efforts of SCW President HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa.
She pointed out the SCW President's supportive efforts towards promoting the status of Bahraini women in political, social and economic fields and the leading posts they assumed, stressing the support of the wise leadership for Bahraini women.
