May 21 Architectural Festival Closes

Pyongyang, May 11 (KCNA) -- The 19th May 21 Architectural Festival closed with due ceremony at the Sci-Tech Complex on Friday. During the festival the participants exchanged their successes and experience gained in the course of waging a dynamic campaign for research and creation to promote dry-process fabrication and put the construction science and technology like zero-energy, zero-carbon and intelligent architectural techniques on a high level. Highly appreciated at the festival were architectural layouts, construction equipment, tools and CAD programs. Attending at the closing ceremony were Vice-Premier Tong Jong Ho, officials, architects, designers, teachers and researchers in the fields of architectural designing, construction, building materials, supervision, science research and education. -0-
