Minister of Foreign Affairs meets WJC President

New York, Sept. 23 (BNA): The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, met at the United Nations Headquarters in New York today, the President of the World Jewish Congress, Ronald S. Lauder, on the sidelines of the 77th UNGA session. They addressed the solid relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States and areas of cooperation in the fields of freedom of religions and beliefs, and the promotion of the values of tolerance, peaceful coexistence, and dialogue in the world. The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United States, Shaikh Abdulla bin Rashid Al Khalifa, the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Nations in New York, Ambassador Jamal Faris Al-Rowaiei, and the delegation accompanying the minister.
