Minister receives company officials

Manama, Aug. 6 (BNA): Chief Executive Officer of Sky Tech Consultancy and Integrated Energy Solutions Dr. Sameh Ibrahim bin Rajab, accompanied by Director of Business Development at the company Shaker Al Husseini, called on the Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Abdulhussain Mirza. They briefed the minister on the company’s activities and programmes as well as their desire to open areas of cooperation with the Sustainable Energy Unit. This, they said, would be possible by encouraging the use of renewable energy and educating the consumer on the techniques of rationalization of consumption. The visitors also expressed their desire to contribute to the provision funding for renewable energy projects as well as the training of Bahrainis and the granting of international professional certificates in the fields of renewable energy. Dr. Mirza praised the company’s efforts to activate the use of clean and environmentally friendly energy, saying that Bahrain’s leadership is keen to promote the use of clean energy. The visitors thanked the minister and the officials of the Sustainable Energy Unit for the warm welcome and cooperation in areas of mutual interest. The meeting was attended by Acting Executive Director of the Sustainable Energy Unit Alexander Al Samahiji.
