Minister receives Japanese ambassador's credentials copy

Manama, Mar. 13 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, received at his office at the Ministry's General Court today, Hideki Ito, who presented to him a copy of his credentials as Ambassador-Designate of Japan to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The minister praised the high level of steadily-growing relations between the two countries, affirming the Kingdom of Bahrain's keenness to further progress these ties at all levels to support the interests of the two friendly countries and meet the aspirations of their peoples, wishing the Ambassador success in his work. Ambassador Hideki Ito expressed Japan's pride in its friendly relations with the Kingdom of Bahrain, affirming that he will make every effort to promote joint relations in the interests of the two friendly countries and peoples. He wished the Kingdom of Bahrain continued progress and prosperity.
