Mira Al-Attiyah Appointed Assistant Undersecretary in Business and Trade Ministry

Doha, March 19 (QNA) - The Ministry of Business and Commerce today announced the appointment of Mira Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Attiyah in the position of Assistant Undersecretary for Trade. A press release issued today by the Ministry of Business and Trade said that the appointment of Mira Al-Attiyah in this position came upon the decision of HE the Prime Minister No. (8) for 2012. Al-Attiyah has assumed several senior positions. She worked for the IT and communications sector during her work at the Supreme Council for Communications and Information Technology, and was assigned to the post of Director of Information Systems at the Ministry of Business and Trade and director of Registration and Commercial Licenses at the same ministry. She also a member in several national committees in the business and investment sector. Mira Al-Attiyah received BSc. Engineering from the Qatar University, Executive Diploma in Business Development from the University of Carnegie Mellon, and postgraduate degree in project management from George Washington University.
