Mirziyoyev sends condolences over death of citizens of Kyrgyzstan in road accident in Russia

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev sent condolences to the head of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov in connection with the death of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic as a result of a road accident that occurred in the Ulyanovsk region of the Russia, the press secretary of the Uzbek president Sherzod Asadov said. “Having expressed deep condolences to the fraternal people of Kyrgyzstan, the head of our state asked to convey words of sympathy and support to the families and friends of the victims, and wished recovery to the injured,” the message says. Recall that on August 21 in the Ulyanovsk region, a truck ran into a minibus with passengers. 16 people died, including 14 citizens of Kyrgyzstan, three more were hospitalized with injuries. August 23 has been declared a day of mourning in Kyrgyzstan.
