Muharraq killer faces murder charges

Manama, Mar.11 (BNA): The Public Prosecution charged a suspect with murdering a person in Muharraq and ordered him to be kept in custody pending investigation and trial at the Criminal Court. Muharraq Prosecutor Abdulla Al-Dosari said that the suspect admitted to stabbing the victim repeatedly in various parts of his body before fleeing the crime scene and throwing the knife in the sea. Al-Dosari said that the Public Prosecution reported to the crime scene for forensic evidence immediately after getting a notification about the crime. The Public Prosecution then went to the mortuary, accompanied by the coroner and forensic experts, for an autopsy to be conducted.
